Is no news good news?
Been quiet and no comments. Somebody must hear something good these days.

I was expecting it, so it wasn't quite good news. I'm waiting to see what Bush does with it now that he is at the nominating phase again.
It just seemed to me that he did the Miers nomination as a point of some kind -- perhaps we'll see with what happens next and the dialogue with it.
I'd like to believe he did it to rile people up for a fight, but on the other hand, I think he did it make a point about the process of late. Time will tell.
